Start with a workshop

A one-day workshop with Engrospartner and Noventus, the software company behind the tool, mapped company goals, technical limits and the problems that both customers and customer service ran into.

Research in the stores

We travelled to Norway to interview the people who order every week, in 7-Eleven, Pressbyrån, Circle K and other chains.

Wireframes and prototypes tested our hypotheses there, and their feedback reshaped the flow and the priority of each use case.

Identity before interface

The new layout needed one structure people recognise on any device, desktop or handheld. Before the UI, we updated the logo and identity guidelines, then built a complete digital design system on top.

The design system: components and use cases for every screen.

Custom icons, then building blocks

Every icon follows the same construction rules: linear, light and clear, in the brand colours, with negative versions for dark backgrounds.

With the components ready, the screens came together like building blocks. We delivered in Sketch and Zeplin after three months, and two more projects with Engrospartner followed.
